So it was a relaxing Saturday when I have no plan and completely alone at home. Been reading two cooking magazines and both presented pavlova as their features. Really wanted to make one but just realized that I didn't have cream for the top so I just made the base, which I always love too! Searched for some inspirations and was having non-stop drooling moment.
These were my first attempt in making meringue, completely different of course, but I was so happy. Would love to have bigger tip size to practice making perfect roses!
